From the desk of the Managing Partner
Assalamualaikum and Salam Hormat,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce our Legal Firm, Messrs Saleh & Aizac, Advocates & Solicitors which has been established in March 2009. The first day it was formed, Saleh & Aizac was a sole-proprietorship firm which has grown into a medium-sized law firm as it is today and we shall ensure that our journey does not end here.
We regard ourselves as “crème de la crème” especially in giving our professional advice in legal aspects including, but not limited to property conveyancing matters. We also extend our services to corporate and commercial dealings, consumer banking, civil and criminal litigation as well as non-contentious matters involving the public at large.

SALEH AHMAD
LL.B (Hons) IIUM
Saleh Bin Ahmad graduated from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) in 2001 with a Degree in Bachelor of Laws (Hons).
He served his pupilage with Messrs A.B Sidek & Co and completed 9 months chambering in the said firm. Upon completion of his pupilage, he was enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and called to the Bar in April 2002. He was later retained as a legal assistant at Messrs A.B. Sidek & Co.
In 2003,he joined Messrs Soon Gan Dion & Partners as a legal assistant until the end of 2008. He joined Messrs SM Nasir Hussaini & Co. as a Partner in January 2009.
In March 2009, he set up his own practice under Messrs Saleh Ahmad & Associates.
In 2011, the firm changed its name to Messrs Saleh & Aizac after Mr. Aizac Bin Ismail joined him as a Partner in the firm.
Throughout his practice, he has involved in many areas of legal practice and specializing his area in litigation namely Criminal cases and Civil cases.
In Criminal practices, he had the opportunity and experience in handling cases involving offences for murder, drug, robbery, theft, rape, breach of trust and commercial crimes.
While in civil practices, he had opportunity and experience in handling cases involving land matters, company law, employment contract, breach of contract, debt recovery, injunctions, stay of proceedings, bankruptcy, winding up and law of trust.
He also had the experience in handling matters in few tribunals such as the Industrial Court, Tribunal for Homebuyer’s Claims, Selangor Appeal Board and Labour Tribunal.

AIZAC ISMAIL
LL.B (HONS) IIUM
Graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from the International Islamic University of Malaysia in 2001. He served his pupilage with Messrs Mariam & Co and was
called to the Malaysian Bar in April 2002. Later, he worked in the same firm and was put in charge of the litigation department particularly in relation to banking litigation, debt collection and in small estate claims, apart from the usual general litigation.
Aizac later joined Messrs Abdul Raman Saad & Associates (ARSA) where he practiced there for 2 years.
While in ARSA, Aizac was the lawyer in charge for the litigation department and throughout his practice there, he involved in several high-profile litigation cases. Aizac’s usual practice involves application for injunctions, garnishee proceedings, distress action, LAD claims, probate administration and land matters despite majoring in banking and debt recovery claims.
In 2004, Aizac joined Messrs Kamal Hisham & Associates and was entrusted to manage its branch office in Kuala Lumpur until August 2011.
AIZAC is now the Managing Partner of our Cheras Branch whereby his current area of practice is property conveyancing and land transaction matters.
He has formed an online portal called “Hartanah dan Anda” of which he contributes on daily basis his articles, write-ups and journals regarding property law to guide the public at large and also conducting seminars and workshops on real estate especially for Real Estate Negotiators.

MARSITAH BINTI YUSUF
(LL.B (Hons) UUM Malaysia)
MARSITAH BINTI YUSUF is an LL.B graduate from Universiti Utara Malaysia [UUM]. After graduation, she served her pupilage with Messrs. Azman & Affendy in Kajang under the supervision of Mr. Muhammad Affendy Bin Mohd Yusop. She was called and admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 1st November 2013 at the Kuala Lumpur High Court.
She later joined Fadzil & Eddin on the 1st December 2013 as a legal assistant. While in Fadzil & Eddin she was handling Conveyancing, Banking, and Civil Litigation area of laws. Cik Marsitah Yusuf joined Saleh & Aizac on the 3rd August 2015 as a legal assistant and is presently attached to the firm’s office in Cheras, Selangor. Currently, she handles conveyancing files.
During her free time, Marsitah enjoy watching movies, listening to music and she loves travelling.

FATIN ZULAIKHA BINTI MUHAMMAD KIFLI

FATIN ZULAIKHA BINTI MUHAMMAD KIFLI has graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (with Honors) degree from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2021.
Soon after her graduation, she has served her pupillage with Messrs Rosenida Azlina Hafidz & Co. in Kajang, Selangor under the supervision of Ms Noor Azlina Binti Noor Hashim was called and admitted to the Malaysian Bar at the Kuala Lumpur High Court in January 2023.
Fatin later joined Messrs Saleh & Aizac in April 2023 as a legal assistant and currently handles Conveyancing files involving Sale and Purchase Agreements and loan documentations.

INTAN SAKINAH BINTI MOHAMAD GHAZALI has graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (with Honors) degree from the Multimedia University (MMU) in 2017.
She has served her pupilage with Messrs Saleh & Aizac under the supervision of Mr Aizac Ismail as her Pupilmaster and was called to the Malaysian Bar in September 2019.
Currently, she is in charge of property conveyancing and land transaction matters. While working, she continues her studies in Master of Business Administration, (MBA) specialising in Human Resource from the Multimedia University, Cyberjaya on part time basis.
During her free time, she enjoys travelling and cooking.

After graduation, he started his career in legal field as a Paralegal at Messrs Kanesalingam & Co. He then served his pupillage with Messrs Hasnal & Partners in Putrajaya under the supervision of Mr Hasnal Hashim.
He was called and admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 29th July 2022 at the Kuala Lumpur High Court.

Seminars & Events
Throughout the years, we have conducted seminars and events to enlighten the public on property law as well as real estate marketing strategies especially for Real Estate Agents of which we have traveled across the country to Selangor, Melaka, Johor, Perak and Pahang.
We aim to reach at least 1000 Real Estate Agents in 2020 through our seminars and events and we believe that we can achieve that target soonest.
